SAY Launch, Special Event
Sikh Alliance Yorkshire organised a seminar and workshop to discuss the topic of mental health. As well as presentations regarding the support that is available, people had the opportunity to air their views and experiences of mental health. The session highlighted mental health issues linked to the Sikh culture as well as wider causes relating to work and wider society.
